Hi, I am Will Rhem Jr. A dancer, choreographer, actor, writer, musician, and creative spirit. I was born in Frankfurt, Germany and raised in the Gullah Islands of Beaufort, South Carolina. I am a proud graduate of a historically black college and university known as the great Bethune-Cookman University. Earning a B.S. in Psychology, I received a full scholarship to Grad School at Florida A&M University and decided to leave after one year, to pursuit a career in the arts

I took my first ballet class in Atlanta, GA at the age of 22, and I fell in love. I began studying Horton and Graham based dance techniques, along with Contemporary, and Jazz styles. After my first 2 years of non-stop training, I moved to Philadelphia and joined PHILADANCO! The Philadelphia Dance Company. I was able to study the craft while working as a paid professional, and I will forever be thankful to the legendary Joan Myers Brown for the opportunity. I am currently represented by BLOC NYC Talent Agency, who have afforded me so many opportunities to work professionally in the commercial industry, nationally and internationally!

My experience of working as a professional, helps me to be an effective teacher. Everything that I currently know, has been shared with me and I think it is important that I continue to share that knowledge. Art is a universal language and it is something that will always bring people together. I enjoy coming together with my students and sharing through jazz, modern, hip hop, contemporary and ballet! I have been fortunate enough to have taught so many people all around the world. I am a certified bungee aerialist instructor, American Ballet Theatre affiliate teacher, Beaufort Academy of Dance resident choreographer, and former assistant director of dance and summer arts camp director at Harlem School of the Arts.

I am currently in the Cast and on the Creative team as a Swing/Ensemble & Assistant Movement Captain in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on Broadway!
